The Opportunity

This role is tailored for a Senior Associate or high-performing Associate ready to step up. You’ll play a lead role in delivering core transactional and advisory services, particularly across:

Mergers and acquisitions (with a strong private treaty and cross-border focus)

Capital raising, structuring, and business exits

Shareholder, joint venture, and bespoke governance arrangements

Commercial advisory and strategic contracting

You’ll work closely with the firm’s principals and senior lawyers, actively contributing to client strategy, matter management, mentoring junior lawyers, and firm-building initiatives aligned to the strategic plan. There is strong support for growing your market profile through thought leadership and targeted business development.

About You

We’re seeking a dynamic and commercially minded lawyer who brings:

A minimum of 5+ years’ PAE in corporate, transactional, or commercial advisory work

A strategic mindset with strong drafting and deal execution capability

Confidence engaging directly with business owners, founders, and investors

A collaborative and proactive style, with an appetite for growth and contribution

Interest in the use of AI and legal tech to deliver better outcomes
