We’re seeking a purpose-driven Sustainability Consultant (Senior or Associate level) to support and lead impactful projects that help businesses transition to more sustainable, climate-ready and nature-positive futures. This is an exciting opportunity for a mid-career professional ready to step into a project management role—driving strategy, guiding sustainability disclosures, and building resilience for organisations navigating complex ESG and climate risks.

What You’ll Do

You’ll work across diverse projects, providing end-to-end sustainability advisory services. Your responsibilities will include:

Support complex ESG/sustainability engagements, from scoping through to delivery.

Advise clients on ESG disclosures, climate risk, nature-related reporting (GRI, SASB, TNFD), and strategy development.

Facilitate engagement with senior leaders, technical specialists, and community stakeholders.

Develop robust implementation plans, cost-benefit analyses, and resource-aligned roadmaps for climate and nature-positive initiatives.

Mentor junior team members, share knowledge, and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture.

Stay ahead of trends and frameworks, helping clients anticipate and prepare for evolving sustainability expectations including the Australian Sustainability Reporting Standards (ASRS).

What We’re Looking For

You’re a confident communicator, systems thinker, and doer—someone who can turn complexity into action and strategy into implementation.

5+ years’ experience in sustainability, ESG, climate risk, or related fields.

Deep knowledge of reporting frameworks such as GRI, SASB, ASRS, TNFD, and solid understanding of carbon accounting.

Experience leading multidisciplinary projects and managing client relationships.

Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.

A collaborative mindset and passion for delivering value to clients and the planet.
