Senior contracts administrator required to oversee $500m worth of commercial projects. This is a unique opportunity for you to join a global construction leader on a high profile, sustainably built CBD project.

Our client is one of the Australia's most respected head contractors, with live work across commercial, apartments, health & BTR.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Oversee experienced contract administration team
• Mentor and develop junior staff and engineers
• Responsibility for reporting regional figures / data to National leadership
• Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
• Progress claim assistance and external variations
• Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
• Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
• Administration of the project HSE system

Desired experience:

• Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
• Previous experience working for a Tier one or two head contractor is essential
• At least 5 years experience as a Senior CA role in commercial construction for a recognised tier 1/2 builder.
• Exposure to high rise hospital, pharmaceutical or complex commercial projects valued $250m+
• Knowledge of South Australian construction market and subcontractors
• Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
