About the Role

This is a rare opportunity for a driven and commercially minded lawyer with 3+ years PAE to step into a role that offers genuine career progression, national exposure, and the chance to work alongside respected leaders in the field. You will be involved in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including:

Mergers and acquisitions (private treaty and cross-border)

Capital raising and structuring

Shareholder and joint venture arrangements

About You

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

A minimum of 3 years post-admission experience in corporate, commercial, or a related area of law
