Are you a top-notch barista with a passion for events and a head for business? Join us to run our second food van like it’s your own—without the financial headaches! We offer a stable hourly wage plus the freedom to shape the role.

You’ll be responsible for:

Full barista duties, opening and closing the van.

Hiring, training, and managing staff.

Handling the register, inventory, and direct communication with the owner.

Seeking out and booking additional events to boost revenue, like it's your own business.

Traveling to various event locations around Melbourne and Victoria (driver’s license and own transport required).

Committing to at least 12 months, so we can grow together.
