Here at Melbourne Hospitality People, we are seeking an energetic, strong Duty Manager to join our team at the Toorak Hotel.

Please note, we are looking for someone with experience in a manager/supervisor role that has strong bar and floor skill sets.

Hours: 25-35 hours per week.

Duty Manager Duties (Casual):

Time and attendance to be completed daily along with banking duties.

Plan, organize, coordinate and direct other staff members to appropriate tasks pertaining to the shift/event/role

Provide Food and beverage service, ensuring customers are well looked after

Running successful functions as per function run sheet requests

Consistently improving the skills of staff members through regular training

Opening / Closing procedures of the venue, including end of day banking.
