This is a permanent part-time position encompassing 25-30 hours weekly across four days, at a rate of $50-60K depending on experience.
We are looking for someone with real personality whose been in the trenches and thrived! Who loves to work in an engaging, fast-paced environment.
Must be able to lead and work within a small team whilst also being confident working independently. A knowledge of table service, beer, wine and cocktails will be an advantage.
You'll will be here to support our highly experienced Venue Manager.
Google Suite, Opentable, Lightspeed POS & Inventory knowledge will be greatly appreciated.

Deep End Pizza is the only restaurant in Australia serving up 6 styles of unique American pies alongside well executed small plates and a quality beverage program. In our intimate 64-seat space, we consistently turn three full services nightly, creating an electric atmosphere where every shift feels like opening night.
Casual and approachable, we've intentionally built a team of genuinely good people who happen to be excellent at their jobs. No egos, no drama – just passionate professionals creating something special together.
About You:
Organised and professional without taking yourself too seriously. We are looking for that person who knows how to engage and support the team, which translates to a warm, welcoming guest experience, while maintaining focus on the needs of the business and fundamentals of the job.
You will be responsible for:
Maintaining composure during busy services
Ability to work within a small team of FOH casuals
Sustaining a high level of service and consistency
Assisting with reservation management, phone orders & enquires
Assisting with opening and closing of the venue
Working with the Venue Manager to refine systems
Supporting continued strong FOH/BOH relationship to ensure overall team function & moral
Being reliable with your rostered schedule
Skills:
Clear communication skills both verbal and written
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and some public holidays
Good presentation
Understanding of restaurant operations and end of service reporting (training provided)
Past management experience
Cocktail, beer and wine knowledge
Schedule:
Open 7 Days a week. Weekdays 5pm - 11pm (Kitchen Closes 10:30pm). Weekend Lunch service 12noon - 3pm (Kitchen Closes 2:30pm)
