HiTalent Recruitment is proudly partnering one of Australia’s leading not-for-profit home care specialist to recruit a HR Business Partner to support them through a formal change process. This organisation empowers individuals to live life with confidence, connection and purpose.

Note that this is a 12 month contract. This is a full time position, however 4 days would also be considered.

In this position, you’ll;

Support the organisation through a formal change process, implemented in phases over approximately 12 months, including consultation processes; position descriptions, candidate selection processes, employee contracts and other related functions

Work with operations leaders to scope and finalise a suite of position descriptions and other resources needed for the change process.

Conduct mapping and/or classification reviews for new and existing roles and make recommendations.

Support payroll / provide advice relevant to configuring pay systems

Support the interview and selection processes to ensure fair and equitable opportunities

Coach and support managers to effectively address employee issues and concerns including disciplinary matters and performance matters

You’ll Need

Tertiary qualifications in Industrial Relations, Human Resources or other relevant qualification.

Extensive experience in complex ER / IR matters and dispute management

Experience in supporting formal change processes, in line with EBA / Award requirements

Extensive experience in job sizing /classifications within industrial instruments

Excellent report writing skills

Ability to review / write and implement clear position descriptions, HR policies and procedures
