The Organisation:

Renowned for succeeding in commercial cleaning, the organisation has consistently innovated and recently expanded into delivering maintenance services. They are embarking on a successful growth phase with the full integration of property service delivery. The Opportunity:
The business vision is to grow, and a dedicated people focus is paramount to ensure success, including existing employees and attracting new ones. This individual will be key in managing all people processes, including advising and managing individual or team-based P&C matters.
This is an exciting and dynamic role responsible for:
- HR service delivery in an operational environment
- Managing employee life cycle people processes, including resourcing and talent planning, learning and development, performance and reward, employee engagement, employee relations and proactive and responsive service delivery.
- Completing analysis of current and near-term issues and consistently ensuring WHS is at the forefront of the organisation
- Supporting operational managers and teams in identifying and solving people-related issues
You will drive the corporate vision, update policies and procedures and set relevant parameters around work practices.
You will also elevate the company's professionalism and introduce HR systems.
This is a very much a leadership opening. To achieve these goals, you will manage and be supported by an HR Coordinator and a Risk and Compliance Specialist.

Your Skills and Background:
- We seek an operationally oriented HR Business Partner with proven experience working with a mix of blue- and white-collar workforces.
- Service delivery and accountability are paramount; demonstrated experience managing the full people lifecycle process is paramount.
- Prior exposure to advancing systems, such as introducing a new HR system, is paramount.
- Qualifications in HR or Industrial Relations are warmly regarded, along with prior experience in a leadership role.
- A down-to-earth, relatable and commercially minded individual will align well with the current team culture.
