An exciting opportunity exists for an HR Business Partner to commence a 12 month contract immediately, with potential to move to a permanent role.
The Position:
Reporting to the Head of HR, the HRBP plays a critical role in supporting the organisation’s purpose by delivering operational human resources expertise. Partnering closely with the Head of HR and other people leaders, you ensure the effective implementation of HR initiatives that foster a high-performing, safe, and engaged workforce.
With a strong focus on employee relations, talent acquisition, workforce wellbeing, recruitment, and continuous improvement, the HRBP ensures compliance with relevant legislation and supports the development of HR systems and practices that align with the organisation’s values and strategic goals.
About You:
You must be tech-savvy to succeed in this role, and you will also have:
- At least five years’ experience in a Human Resources advisory role, with demonstrated capability across key HR functions
- Experience using Employment Hero (highly desirable) or similar cloud-based HR platform
- Tertiary education in Human Resources, Employment Law, or a related discipline (desirable)

The position is Part-time (0.8 FTE) with an FTE salary package of $105K plus superannuation offered. You must be able to start immediately, or with a short notice period.
