Are you a skilled HR professional with a passion for people and a desire to make a real impact in regional communities? Intereach is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner to join our Corporate Services team.
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with leaders across the organisation to deliver strategic HR advice and develop people-focused solutions that drive performance, engagement, and culture. You’ll be a trusted advisor, supporting leaders through workforce planning, employee relations, change management, and capability development—while fostering a positive and high-performing workplace.
What You'll Do
Partner with program leaders to deliver tailored HR support
Manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and performance matters
Drive workforce planning and strategic HR initiatives
Lead and coach a high-performing HR Officer
Champion our culture, values and employee experience
Help shape and implement HR frameworks, policies and systems
What You’ll Need
Tertiary qualifications in HR or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR advisory/consulting roles
Proven ability to manage complex ER/IR issues
Strong communication, coaching and problem-solving skills
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
Current driver’s licence and police check (completed by Intereach)
Success in the role
Initial goal for the HR Business Partner will be a focus on building strong relationships with key stakeholders—including executives, managers, and frontline staff—while developing a deep understanding of Intereach’s mission, values, and workforce dynamics.
