Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts
• Conduct site visits, liaising with builders and clients to understand requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service
• Achieve sales targets and manage budgets
• Resolve customer concerns and provide long-term solutions
• Stay up to date with product knowledge to provide expert advice
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in sales, ideally within building materials or construction
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to interpret building plans
• Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Self-driven, collaborative, and authentic approach to work
