Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on B2B Marketing Specialist to join our growing organisation. This generalist marketing role will be pivotal in elevating Obzervr’s brand presence within the Australian mining sector and driving new customer acquisition through top of funnel marketing activities and sales enablement to support of our business development team. This role will work closely with the CEO and the Sales Team on marketing, brand and sales initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Technical content marketing
• Multi-channel campaign management (for brand and solutions)
• Digital channel management
• Website content management and optimisation
• Collateral development
• Event coordination and marketing at key industry events
• Marketing strategy implementation
• Brand stewardship internally and externally

Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Communications or PR
• 5+ years of experience marketing technology solutions to the Mining or Heavy Industry sectors
• Understand the complexities of the B2B customer buying journey
• Keen interest in technical content marketing
• Good understanding of an integrated marketing approach and how to leverage the right channels—digital, print, events, and more—to amplify our brand and drive engagement.
