About the Role
As our Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll lead the design, execution, and optimisation of digital campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll bring creativity, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to a role that blends hands-on delivery with stakeholder collaboration.

Volo Digital has emerged from a Digital Solutions team within an established service provider with many years of experience. As they prepare for their launch, Outsourced Professional Services is assisting them in finding their next group of talented professionals.

What You’ll Do
· Create and manage email and automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
· Plan and optimise Google Ads campaigns to meet performance targets
· Maintain and update websites using WordPress & Elementor, applying SEO best practices
· Design and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram
· Collaborate with internal teams and clients to align marketing efforts with business goals
· Report on campaign performance, website traffic, and engagement metrics
· Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input and feedback

What You’ll Bring
· 2–3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
· Google Ads, WordPress, and SEO tools
· Strong copywriting and brand skills
· Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
· Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud or equivalent and a willingness to learn
· Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
· Certifications in Google Ads, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or SEO (highly regarded)
