About the Role

This isn’t a hands-off strategy job. You’ll roll up your sleeves and execute across the full funnel—from ad creative to lead gen to CRM. But more than that, you’ll own the challenge of driving real growth in a complex distributor environment, where the end sale doesn’t always connect directly to the first click.

You’ll collaborate closely with Sales and Brand to make sure leads don’t just come in - they convert, scale, and deliver ROI.

The Growth Challenge

Our products are sold through a national distributor network, not directly to the end user. That creates a unique challenge: how do we track the performance of campaigns when the sale happens a few steps removed?

You’ll help close that loop—testing, tracking, and proving what works, even without a clean DTC path. It’s part marketing science, part creative hustle—and if that excites you, you’ll love this role.

What You’ll Be Doing

Leading paid campaigns across Meta and Google

Managing the full funnel: ad → landing page → lead → CRM

Testing creative, copy, and targeting to find what converts

Running distributor promotions and keeping them on track

Collaborating with Sales, Brand and Outbound teams

Tracking CPL, conversion rates, and ROI (and acting fast)

Optimising campaigns based on data, not guesswork

Building reports that highlight wins and opportunities

Finding creative ways to measure ROI through the distributor model

Working cross-functionally to drive sell-through, not just leads

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience with paid ads (Meta and Google are essential)

A growth mindset – you’re all about performance and impact

Solid knowledge of funnels, landing pages, and CRM tools

Ability to juggle projects, priorities and platforms

Sharp communication – you turn insights into action

A love for testing, learning, and levelling up

Bonus: Experience working with distributors or in the building/trade industry
