As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and help elevate our digital presence.

Your Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our digital footprint, managing our websites, and delivering high-performing campaigns across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites that deliver great user experience, performance, and functionality

Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to boost organic rankings and attract relevant traffic

Manage and optimise PPC campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads

Execute paid social campaigns on Meta platforms, including creative development and performance tracking

Write clean, efficient PHP and JavaScript code to support custom site features and integrations

Monitor and analyse campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to improve ROI

Collaborate with teams across the business to ensure digital marketing supports broader goals

Stay current with the latest digital marketing and web development trends and best practices

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in digital marketing with proven focus on WordPress, SEO, and PPC

Strong proficiency in PHP and JavaScript

Experience managing paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram)

Solid understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)

Hands-on experience with Google Ads and other PPC platforms

Comfortable working within WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development

Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills

Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points

Experience with other CMS platforms (e.g., Drupal, Joomla)

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks

Familiarity with A/B testing and CRO strategies

Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

Experience or interest in AI.
