Supervise mobile plant operations and lead site teams

About the Client:

About the role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations for a detailed earthworks and bulk earthworks project on behalf of our client. On a 8:6 Day shift only roster, the successful candidate will ensure project targets are delivered safely and efficiently. This role includes supervising plant operations and mobile plant operators while promoting a strong culture of safety and teamwork on site.

Key Responsibilities

Lead site-based project execution in alignment with schedules and targets

Oversee and manager sub-contractors

Supervise mobile plant operators and daily site activities

Promote and enforce safe work practices across all teams

Ensure efficient use of equipment and resources

Build and maintain strong working relationships on site

Monitor performance and provide clear reporting to project management

Skills and Experience Required

Strong communication and team leadership skills

Proven experience supervising in mining or civil construction (essential)

Demonstrated understanding of project scheduling and targets

Sound knowledge of health, safety, and risk assessment practices

Experience with earthworks, roads, or bulk/detailed civil work

Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in the mining industry (desirable)

Prior plant operation experience (desirable)

Current S26 Supervisor qualification Required

WA Driver’s Licence and appropriate tickets for role

Competency in safety compliance, results focus, and teamwork
