Electrical Supervisor - Construction & Mining Projects

Location: Various WA Mine and Construction Sites

Roster: 2 Weeks On / 1 Week Off FIFO from Perth

Rate: $80-$90 flat rate + paid super on all hours (based on experience)

DnA Electrics & Co is currently seeking a qualified and experience electrical supervisor to join our team for ongoing projects

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise mining and construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with project goals, budgets and timelines

Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations including work site induction standards

Collaborate with project managers, sub-contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution and resolve any issues any issues that may arise

Monitor project progress, address challenges, pro-actively, and implement corrective actions as necessary to maintain high-quality standards

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, safety audits and compliance records

Promote a collaborative, safety-focused, and result orientated work environment, adhering to site and company policies and standards

Assist and oversee planning and organisation of electrical work onsite

Conduct regular inspections to ensure that works are carried out according to client specifications

Prepare and edit construction plans/maps, charts and drawings to client specifications

Ensure relevant field inspection checklists are completed and signed in conjunction with client representatives

Understand and implement quality control techniques

Maintain company standards for Quality Assurance Purpose

Provide accurate daily, weekly and monthly reports as directed

Qualifications & Experience

Proven experience in supervising construction crews on mine, commercial and industrial sites

Strong understanding of construction safety standards, process safety requirements, and best practices

Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively

Willingness to commit to a 2:1 roster and engage in long-term projects

S26 Certificate

Pre-employment Medical

First Aid

CPR & LVR

Unrestricted A grade Electrical license

Unrestricted drivers license

Construction card

Current National Police Clearance Certificate

Familiarity with OH&S, quality, Environment rules and regulations

Proficient at using basic computer software including Microsoft Office Products

Develop teamwork with senior leadership groups and across the business to promote alignment of organisational goals and collaborative relationships

Well-developed time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
