We are currently seeking a skilled Earthworks Supervisor to oversee multiple projects across WA, valued between $500K–$3M. This role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to be part of a team that delivers consistently on time and to spec.
ROLE DETAILS:
Roster: 2:1 (Fly out Tuesday PM – Return Tuesday PM)
Projects: Oversee 2–3 concurrent civil projects
Scope: Detailed Earthworks – across roadworks, pads, drainage, and site prep
Pay Rate: $70.00 per hour or Salary (neg)
Type: Casual or Permanent options
Duration: Ongoing
ACCOMMODATION & TRAVEL:
Shared housing or camp accommodation provided based on project location
FIFO – flexibility in travel arrangements
WA-based candidates preferred
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience supervising detailed earthworks projects
Comfortable running multiple small to medium sized projects
RIO Tinto Inducted or prior RIO site experience highly regarded
Good understanding of RIO processes & systems
Proficient in emails, Excel & SharePoint
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to work autonomously and manage teams onsite
