As a Credit Officer in a contact centre environment, your role directly contributes to the success of the company by optimising cash flow and minimising bad debt. Each customer will vary! You will engage with numerous customers on a daily basis and find positive solutions for everyone.

This role is a combination of inbound and outbound calls, as well as emails.

About you:

• Experience working within a contact centre role
• Intermediate Excel experience.
• Ability to use multiple systems and screens
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
• Driver's License preferred due to Eastern Creek training location
• A positive and resilient attitude.
