As a Client Service Administrator you will be the first point of contact to answering client enquiries and also play a part in assisting the internal operations team across lending operations.

This is a fantastic entry-level position for a new graduate who is looking who wants to pursue a career within the lending space.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound client enquiries (residential and commercial) via phone, email and chat
• Support internal teams with accurate loan information
• Manage post-settlement functions, including loan discharges and contract maintenance
• Process client requests (statements, document updates, account changes)
• Assist clients with digital banking tools
• Liaise with solicitors and lenders for ad hoc requests
• Escalate and follow through on complex issues and complaints

Ideal Candidate

• Experience within customer service
• Some exposure to the financial services environment (banking is desireable)
• High level of attention to detail
• Passionate about the banking/lending industry
• Excellent communication skills
