About the Role

We're hiring across two busy desks:

Psychiatry Recruitment
Emergency Medicine Recruitment

Both desks are primed for growth with active clients, job flow, and locum doctors already engaged. You'll be focused on placing doctors into locum and contract positions across Australia.

What You’ll Do

Build Relationships: Engage and support a network of doctors, providing career opportunities nationwide

Grow the Desk: Leverage existing clients and uncover new partnerships in your space
Recruit End-to-End: Own the full recruitment process from sourcing to placement
Advise & Influence: Be a go-to expert for both clients and candidates
Drive Results: Deliver on targets while working in a supportive, performance-driven environment

About You

You’re not new to recruitment and you know what it takes to build a thriving desk. You’re driven by results, value genuine relationships, and are looking for an environment that rewards your hustle with more than just commission.

You’ll bring:
Recruitment experience in healthcare or medical sectors (essential)
A solid track record of hitting targets and billing consistently
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
A proactive mindset and solutions-focused approach
