Barnardos Australia is seeking a dedicated Digital Campaigns Manager to join our Engagement and Giving portfolio in Ultimo, 2007.
This is a 12 month fixed-term contract commencing mid September, and an opportunity to be part of a values-led organisation committed to making a real difference in the lives of children and families.
About the Role:
As a Digital Campaigns Manager, you will:
- Oversee the design strategy and briefs for digital campaigns and lead on digital copywriting
- Collaborate with Head of Marketing Engagement and digital agency to optimise digital advertising campaigns
- Plan, implement and report on digital campaign performance, using data to drive continuous improvement
- Ensure digital campaigns align with brand and compliance guidelines
- Support digital execution of fundraising appeals, foster carer recruitment and other initiatives
- Monitor campaign progress to ensure goals are met on time and within budget
- Work cross-functionally with Communications, Brand & Innovation, and Fundraising teams for campaign integration
- Collaborate on email marketing strategy and execution with Digital Content Manager
You’ll join a collaborative and supportive team delivering high-quality, trauma-informed services that uphold child safety, cultural safety, and family-led practice.
Skills and Experience:
- Tertiary qualifications in marketing, digital marketing, business or related field – NFP experience a strong advantage
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital media, with a strong grasp of campaign delivery and performance
- Skilled in project management and briefing creative teams across digital assets
- Proven knowledge of digital strategy, lead generation, content marketing, SEO, social media, and website UX
- Experience with digital tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Business Manager, Google Display/Programmatic Display, Vision6, HubSpot,
- Confident digital copywriter with experience across paid and organic channels
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and manage competing priorities
What’s on Offer:
- Base salary: $88,000 per annum (pro rata, if applicable) + 12% superannuation
- Salary packaging: Up to $15,860 tax-free (general living expenses)
- Meal & entertainment packaging: Additional $2,650 tax-free per FBT year
