David Nash Smash Repairs in Urangan, Hervey Bay is a small family owned collision repair centre.
We have been operating for over 40 years but have recently changed ownership in April 2024.
We are seeking a mature person for an Immediate Start to look after our front of house Administration and Receptionist role. Someone who is bright and bubbly and has the same ideals we do of delivering top quality customer service.
Minimum 2 years of reception or administrative experience in a customer-facing role Preferred
We are seeking someone who is looking for a Long Term employment and to be part of the family.
The role can be fast paced at times and being able to multi task is essential, but we always make sure we have fun along the way.
It is a Fulltime Permanent Role 7.30AM to 4PM Monday To Friday.
The role will include -
*Organising and booking new assessments and claims from different insurers
*Booking authorised claims into the workshop repair calender in keeping to a budgeted process
*Keeping owners and insurers informed with updates during the repair process
*Entering parts invoices into appropriate jobs ensuring accounting package is correct
*Assisting with credits and returns
*Some OH&S reporting through an online portal
