As our next Office Administrator, you’ll bring the confidence and capability of someone who’s nailed the basics and is keen to take your career to the next level.
We’re looking for a team member with high attention to detail, confident communication skills and professional presentation.
If you've outgrown an entry-level admin role after 2 years of experience working full time in office, this is your step up into an advanced admin role with a professional firm.
(Please note: only Australian citizens and permanent residents who are currently residing within 30 minutes drive of Camberwell are invited to apply.)
Your day at work will look like:
Complete daily administrative tasks with high attention to detail
Enter data into various systems and check for accuracy
Provide a pleasant first point of contact for clients, making tea and coffee
Take care of basic office operations and ensure a welcoming environment
Contribute to our internal projects that improve how we work, e.g. research into new systems and building best-practices for using AI tools
Work during business hours only, Monday to Friday, in our office located in Camberwell (off-street parking available, close to public transport)

You’ll collaborate with the team and take ownership of assigned tasks and follow through with a high standard of execution.
You'll be guided and mentored, while also being encouraged to bring your own initiative and creative problem-solving to the table.
What You’ll Bring to Your Role
We’re looking for someone who has already proven they can show up, take responsibility, and get the job done in an office role. You’ll have:
2–3 years full-time experience in an office support role in any industry sector
Interest in using AI tools like ChatGPT to boost productivity
Strong skills in Office365 suite of tools, including Word, PowerPoint and especially Excel
A stable and responsible approach to your work – you’re mature, you follow through, and people trust you
You have good time management skills, and you work well with structure and directions
A proactive mindset – you spot what needs doing and you do it
A sense of curiosity and creative critical thinking – you enjoy solving problems and making improvements and you ask smart questions

Your salary range of $65K–$80K is negotiable based on what you offer to the role (for example, your previous experience and aptitude). Why such a wide salary band? It shows how we expect your role to progress over the short-medium term.
