Nurse Next Door is a national home care provider. Our Client Services Schedule person plays a critical role in coordinating client and employee schedules, aiming for the perfect match!

With the purpose of “Making Lives Better”, Nurse Next Door is passionate about making a difference in the lives of the people we serve.

We are currently looking for someone with scheduling experience, available on a casual basis 3 days a week within business hours. The office is based in Scoresby, working within the Waterman's Business Centre.

If you love providing “Wow Customer Experience” and like working with a team of like-minded people, then this role is for you. Please Note: This is an office-based role.

Requirements

A strong ability to focus on details

Strong problem-solving skills to fill client schedules both long-term and short term

Strong computing skills to ensure all essential information is gathered, documented, and properly communicated

Multitasking client and caregiver inquiries and follow-ups via email and phone

Experience using rostering based systems. AlayaCare is especially advantageous!

Qualities

Strong computer skills, proficient in G-Suite: Gmail, drive, docs, calendar

You thrive in a busy environment, and short deadlines don't phase you

Solution-oriented individual not afraid to ask questions
