SEEK AD – Junior IT Support Technician - $65k-$75k pro rata price range

About the role

We are seeking a Junior IT Support Technician to join our established business. On offer is a Part-time IT position. Based in Botany, Sydney, you will be required to provide support across our cloud-based and on-premise systems two days a week. This role is ideal for a anyone who is studying or passionate and eager to kick start their career in IT Support and Network Administration.

Key responsibilities will include:

· First point of contact for IT Support requests

· Provide Level 1/2 desktop support for onsite and remote staff

· Install, configure and troubleshoot hardware and software

· Troubleshoot network issues

· Active Directory and Microsoft365 administration and troubleshooting

· Monitor System Backups

· Any other required duties

To be successful in this position you will need to possess:

· Completed or completing tertiary qualification in IT

· Experience with Microsoft products (Desktop/Server/Cloud) highly regarded

· Previous work experience will be highly regarded

· Strong written and verbal communication skills

· Good organisation and time management skills

· Current Drivers license.

· Ability to work autonomously
