About the Role

We are looking for a professional Restaurant Manager to oversee the day-to-day management of Simon Taste. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a smooth operation, maintaining high customer satisfaction, and leading a motivated and high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations

Manage staff recruitment, training, rostering, and performance

Ensure outstanding customer service and handle customer feedback or complaints

Monitor inventory, order supplies, and manage stock levels efficiently

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards

Work closely with the kitchen and marketing teams to improve profitability and customer experience

Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and drive revenue growth

Develop and implement policies, procedures, and service standards

Skills and Experience Required

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Proven ability to manage a team and maintain a positive work environment

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Solid understanding of restaurant financials, budgeting, and inventory control

Knowledge of food safety and OH&S regulations

Ability to work under pressure, especially during peak hours

Hospitality management qualifications desirable but not essential
