We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant & Functions Manager to oversee our restaurant operations and manage our events and functions department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in managing both daily restaurant activities and events. Restaurant Management:

Ensure smooth daily operations of the restaurant and bistro, including staff management and customer service

Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and optimise profitability

Monitor and maintain quality standards for food and service

Functions & Events:

Plan, coordinate, and execute events ranging from corporate functions to private celebrations

Collaborate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure seamless delivery of services

Team Leadership:

Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant and function staff

Foster a positive work environment and provide guidance to ensure team cohesion and performance

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Events Manager

Wide knowledge of food and beverage operations

Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively

Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of motivating and managing a team

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
