The Cremorne Hotel in Unley is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Restaurant Supervisor to lead our restaurant team and uphold the high standards our guests know and love.

What You'll Be Doing

Supervise and coordinate daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth, efficient service and an inviting atmosphere.

Training, mentoring, and inspiring a dynamic front-of-house team.

Upholding strict health, safety, and licensing compliance standards.

Ensure that the restaurant is clean and presentable at all times.

Assist in handling cash, POS transactions, and end-of-day reports.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience supervising or managing restaurant service and staff.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – a natural people person.

A hands-on leader with an energetic, solutions-driven approach.

Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a focus on creating memorable guest experiences.

Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including weekends and evenings.
