The Role

Due to continued growth in their commercial litigation team, the firm are now seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation lawyer with a minimum of four years PAE experience and upwards.

You will work closely with a busy litigation partners who have a diverse practice of work from general commercial litigation, B&C, Insolvency & Debt Recovery, Trade Restraints, Professional Negligence, and much more.

Necessary experience for the role will include:

• High level drafting experience including pleadings, applications and supporting affidavits, statutory demands and commercial disputes etc
• Advising and representing clients in a range of matters such as Insolvency and Bankruptcy, contractual disputes, property and leasing disputes, debt recovery, building and construction disputes
• Court Appearances and representations - including briefing and instructing counsel to conduct appearances.
• Positive attitude with a high emphasis being placed on competency.

This would be an ideal role for someone who is either an experienced Associate, looking to step up to a Senior Associate, or someone who is at the early stages of being a Senior Associate, yet looking for better perks, and wanting a long-term progression pathway to Special Counsel and above in the near future.
