About the Role

Are you an Injury Management Specialist, an Injury Management Advisor, Team Lead or a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant looking to take on the next challenge and make an impact?

As a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant, you’ll be the go-to expert in complex case management, rehabilitation strategy, and stakeholder collaboration. You’ll support our broader team by mentoring consultants, guiding decision-making processes, and playing a pivotal role in developing internal capability, service quality, and client outcomes.

This is a hybrid leadership and frontline role, offering autonomy, challenge, and the opportunity to influence company direction.

Key Responsibilities

Lead complex case management across workers' compensation, CTP, and other schemes, including psychosocial and physical injuries.

Provide expert advice on treatment and rehabilitation planning, including critical review of medical information and care strategies.

Mentor and support junior and mid-level consultants across Sydney and regional NSW.

Drive quality improvement through coaching, internal training, and decision support.

Assist with resource allocation and act as a team leader when needed.

Partner with stakeholders to ensure informed decision-making that supports optimal recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

Lead or support new initiatives that improve process, client experience, or internal knowledge sharing.

About You

AHPRA, ESSA, ASORC registered Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist or Rehabilitation Counsellor.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in occupational rehabilitation or clinical practice.

Deep understanding of complex injuries (physical and psychological), with exposure to CTP and workers compensation schemes. CTP Scheme experience would be considered favourably.

A proven mentor or team lead with the ability to coach and support others.

Comfortable managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management and analytical skills.
