Customer Service - Data Entry

Initial contract until Dec 2025 with extension option

Location: Bathurst/Newcastle/Wollongong, hybrid

As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide high-quality customer service and frontline support, accurate data entry, offering initial advice and guidance on finance, human resources, and technical systems within a shared services contact centre.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality customer service through strong engagement in a fast-paced, high-volume contact centre.

Perform high-volume, detailed data entry tasks in line with operational standards and compliance requirements.

Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally while ensuring confidentiality and appropriate discretion.

Stay up to date with policies, legislation, and procedures to deliver accurate and effective customer support.

Maintain accurate records in customer management systems, meet daily/monthly KPIs, and confidently use multiple technology platforms.
