Your new role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting account managers and operations teams to deliver outstanding service. You will be responsible for managing customer interactions, resolving service-related issues, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure customer expectations are consistently met or exceeded.
- Handle customer calls, reporting, and administrative tasks as part of the customer service team.
- Attend customer meetings and teleconferences to gather feedback and develop service strategies.
- Support the implementation of new initiatives and changes within the customer service function.
- Assist in injury rehabilitation and return-to-work plans as needed
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 2 years' experience in customer service, ideally within the transport industry.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under limited supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and act as a trusted advisor.
