🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

This is a true 360 role, with the emphasis on quality relationships, strategic sourcing, and commercial thinking.

Building and nurturing strong client relationships across key accounts

Understanding client briefs and confidently delivering high-quality candidate shortlists

End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, presenting, and managing placements

Growing business through referrals, warm leads, and thoughtful outreach

Keeping things sharp on the admin side: ATS updates, candidate notes, and follow-ups

🧩 What You Bring

Solid 360 recruitment experience, ideally in the professional services, transformation, or change space

A reputation for being trustworthy, consultative, and candidate-focused

Commercial nous and an appetite to help grow accounts and win new business (gently and credibly)

Excellent sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Seek, and networks

A strong sense of accountability — you own your relationships and outcomes

The ability to juggle without dropping the important stuff
