Your Role:

This isn't just any account management gig. You'll:

• Take the reins on two major accounts with plenty of room to grow
• Build rock-solid client relationships built on trust (and the occasional dad joke)
• Find creative ways to solve real staffing problems - we don't do cookie-cutter
• Make calls, visit clients, pitch ideas - and as a last resort… send emails
• Spot opportunities and turn them into wins (pipeline development is your jam)

What You Bring:

• A background in recruitment (ideally blue-collar/industrial) - or the hunger to learn it fast
• Confidence, polish, and credibility in client conversations
• That gritty "get it done" attitude - you don't wait to be told
• A proven track record in smashing targets (you know how to hustle, respectfully)
