THE COMPANY

Our cleint is a Melbourne-based firm specializing in building surveying services. They provide advisory services throughout the building process, partnering with clients from project inception to completion

DUTIES

1. Building permit application assessments (class 1 & 10 buildings);
2. Building permit amendment assessments;
3. Minor administrative duties were required;
4. Client liaison, satisfaction and meetings;
5. Client permit and compliance queries (phone & email);
6. Enforcement i.e. Direction to fix, building notices, building orders;
7. Building inspections;
8. Coordinating and chairing technical meetings;
9. Reporting to management;

ABOUT YOU

• Capable of assessing Residential buildings, understand Rescode, Small Lots, etc
• Perfomance solution experience preferred however not essential and can be trained
• At least 2-3 years experience in residential, looking for either assistant role or senior role
