You’re a highly motivated student currently undertaking studies in Building Surveying.

You have exceptional attention to detail.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity for a student Building Surveyor to gain hands-on industry experience while being mentored by experienced professionals.

Your responsibilities will include:

Answering phone calls and providing professional support to clients.

Scheduling inspections and processing inspection results.

Preparing new jobs and documentation in our system for review by the Assigned Building Assessor.

Managing Section 30 lodgements.

Issuing certificates and managing truss documentation.

Assisting the technical team with emails, Requests for Information (RFIs), and client communications.

Preparing fee proposals and supporting documentation for clients.

Conducting prelim assessments on Class 1-10 buildings, formulating RFI for the senior team member to review with you.

Professional Development:

Regular, structured training provided by the Director and Technical Team.

Ongoing mentoring in Building Regulations, the National Construction Code (NCC), and relevant legislation.
