Your new role

This role will see you focus on retail leasing, with some exposure to office and industrial assets. You'll be managing inbound and outbound leads, handling inspections, negotiating deals, and growing relationships with landlords and tenants. This is a full-time, Monday-to-Friday position with no weekend work, ideal for someone who thrives in a structured yet social and fast-paced environment. You'll report to a respected Leasing Manager who will mentor and support your career growth.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 1-2 years in commercial leasing or real estate (residential backgrounds are welcome to apply).
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills and a confident, people-first approach.
• A genuine interest in growing a long-term career in commercial real estate.
