About the Company
With over 40 years of experience, our client is a privately owned property development, investment, and management group with a proven track record of delivering quality industrial and commercial assets across Sydney to Newcastle. Their pipeline includes approximately 200 industrial units and $100M of product slated for delivery over the next 4 years.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly regarded business with a strong reputation in the market and play a key role in leasing and selling premium industrial product within an established and growing portfolio.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Sales & Leasing Executive to lead the commercial leasing and sales function for the group’s industrial assets. With a substantial pipeline and product ready to bring to market, you’ll take ownership of end-to-end deals — from sourcing and engaging prospects, through to negotiating and closing transactions.
This role offers autonomy, the chance to work directly with the asset owner/developer, and the ability to make a tangible impact on a significant portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inquiries and actively engage with buyers, tenants, and investors.
Develop and implement effective sales and leasing strategies to achieve targets.
Command the full deal cycle — sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing.
Collaborate with internal marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
Stay across market trends and provide insights to clients and stakeholders.
Maintain accurate sales records and manage the client database.

Proven track record in commercial sales and leasing.
