Marquis is seeking a Sales Manager – National Retail Partnerships to drive performance, grow key accounts, and inspire a high-performing team. This isn’t a desk job, it’s a hands-on, high-impact leadership role with one of Australia’s most trusted bathroom furniture brands.

With continued national growth, we’re creating a new senior leadership role to elevate our retail channel performance and partner success.
The Role: Lead. Grow. Deliver.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll guide a growing team, manage key group accounts, and shape the national retail sales strategy.
You’ll be responsible for:
Leading and coaching your team to deliver outstanding retail execution
Managing relationships with the head offices of national plumbing/building retail groups
Setting and achieving sales budgets aligned with national growth targets
Developing and refining sales plans based on CRM insights, performance data, and team input
Collaborating across departments to improve fulfillment, service, and customer experience
While based in Newcastle (or visiting weekly), your impact will be national.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales leadership, with team management responsibilities
Strong background in retail channel sales and head office account management
A commercial mindset — confident with numbers, budgets, and driving accountability
Plumbing/building materials industry experience is highly regarded
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Based in or near Newcastle, or willing to travel weekly to head office
