We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team, manage key client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing growth of the business. This role requires a strong leader with industry experience, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for interiors and architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and motivate a team of showroom and account-based sales staff

Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

Build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, builders, and high-end residential clients

Oversee quoting, invoicing, order processing, and customer follow-ups

Ensure an exceptional customer experience and uphold brand standards

Assist in staff training, product education, and onboarding new hires

Manage day-to-day operations of the sales floor and customer interactions

Key Requirements

Minimum 3+ years in a sales leadership role, preferably in the tile, stone, or building materials industry

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong organisational and time management skills

A passion for design, architecture, and high-end materials

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
