And now? We need a Business Development Manager to help us grow harder, faster, better.

What you’ll be doing:

Hunt down new FTL customers across Australia

Own the entire sales cycle from first contact to handover

Keep your pipeline strong and your customers relationships even stronger

Work closely with Operations to deliver freight exactly how and when it should

Smash your targets and help us dominate the linehaul space

Who we’re looking for:

You've sold full truck load linehaul before and know what matters

You’re a hunter - proactive, resilient, and consistent

You've got a strong customer network or the ability to build one fast

You understand the Sales–Operations link and respect both sides

You’re done with large or slow companies and ready to build something real

Melbourne based candidates preferred but would consider Sydney based as well
