Site Supervisor – Step into a key site leadership role at Baguley Build

Baguley Build is a growing regional construction company delivering quality residential and commercial projects across Queensland. We're currently seeking a hands-on Site Supervisor to lead site operations and bring our builds to life with confidence and quality.

Your Role: As Site Supervisor, you'll be on the ground leading subcontractors, coordinating day-to-day construction activities, and working closely with the Construction Manager and Project Manager to deliver projects safely, on time, and to spec. You’ll be the go-to person on site, ensuring work is completed to high standards while keeping everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage daily on-site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with the project schedule

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of works and materials

Enforce all health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, always maintaining a clean and compliant job site

Read and interpret construction plans, mark out works accurately, and proactively resolve on-site issues and conflicts

Monitor work quality and provide guidance or corrective actions as required to meet company standards and client expectations

Conduct daily pre-start meetings and toolbox talks to ensure teams are aligned with tasks, hazards, and safety requirements

Track project progress and site activities, updating the Project Manager and Construction Manager on milestones, delays, and issues

Approve and submit timesheets for all site personnel, ensuring accuracy in hours worked and adherence to budget allowances

Assist in the scheduling and sequencing of tasks to optimise workflow and minimise downtime

Ensure site records, including deliveries, inspections, incidents, and variations, are accurately maintained

Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork, accountability, and site morale

What You Bring:

Solid experience in residential/commercial construction supervision

Strong communication and leadership skills

Proven ability to manage teams and deliver under pressure

QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or willingness to obtain
