We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events & Marketing Coordinator to assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of a diverse range of in-person events. Our client is a world-leader in engineering and entertainment design software.

This role is pivotal in ensuring every event reflects our client's brand values and delivers an exceptional experience for attendees. You'll work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage logistics, venue operations, and marketing communications from concept to completion. There will be work travel (local and international) opportunities included in this role.

This is a full time 12-month contract with a possibility of a further extension of up to 12-months.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Assist in planning, execution, and oversee range of events to ensure seamless operations from start to finish
• Previous experience/Knowledge in use of technology for marketing automation e.g. Marketo
• Administer all venue operations and management
• Manage marketing budget
• Coordinate and collaborate with clients and vendors across event briefings, logistics, and execution
• Maintain a calendar of events for long-term planning and management

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

• Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to manage event logistics
• Project management and Data analysis
• Tech savvy, comfortable in using CRM systems - Salesforce, Marketo
• Virtual event management (webinars) on platforms like On24 (nice to have)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and address queries across different channels
• Thrive in high pressure work environment
• Willingness to travel (local and international) for events
