Key Responsibilities

· Communicate effectively with Practice Staff at the beginning and end of each day to ensure seamless operations and maintain a high standard of internal communication.

· Engage with patients and their families in a compassionate and professional manner, making every interaction comfortable and reassuring.

· Promptly receive and convey messages in writing, verbally, or electronically to support efficient clinic workflow.

· Manage administrative tasks such as faxing documents, opening and appropriately stamping incoming mail and emails, and distributing or allocating them as needed.

· Prepare outgoing documents for mail-out and ensure their timely delivery.

· Assist in maintaining a clean and welcoming workplace environment.

· Monitor and maintain stock levels in each consulting room, ensuring all supplies are readily available.

· Uphold appropriate dress standards as a representative of our practice.

· Actively participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

About You

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail

· Compassionate, friendly, and professional demeanour

· Comfortable with administrative tasks and technology

· Previous experience in a medical or healthcare setting is advantageous but not essential
