🌞 Part-Time Admin & Sales Support – Ultimate Solar (NSW)

Location: Prestons 2170, NSW (Flexible/Hybrid)
Hours: Part-Time (15–25 hrs/week) – Flexible Schedule

With a strong reputation for quality and customer care, we’re growing fast and looking for a motivated Part-Time Admin & Sales Support to join our team.

The Role:

This is a flexible part-time role where you’ll manage day-to-day administration while also having the opportunity to step into sales and earn commissions on converted leads. Perfect for someone organised, proactive, and eager to learn the solar industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle general administration: emails, scheduling, data entry, and customer file management.

Assist with booking appointments and following up on leads.

Support the sales team with quotes, proposals, and CRM updates.

Engage with potential customers via phone/email to qualify enquiries.

Upsell products and services where appropriate.

Provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth communication between clients and the install team.

About You:

Previous experience in administration, customer service, or sales (preferred, not essential).

Great communication skills (phone and email).

Organised and detail-oriented with good time management.

Comfortable learning new systems and working in a small team.

Positive, self-motivated, and eager to grow your skills.

Interest in renewable energy/solar a bonus!
