This is a varied and exciting role that requires mastery and purpose, and an ability to move seamlessly from multiple tasks, such as:

Building client relations - Face to Face, email.

Sales from incoming email and phone customers

Sales from outgoing and working with existing database

Monitoring tender websites, the distribution of tenders to tender leads

Administrative and support to the Management Team, this includes but not limited to: Project inductions, Car Fleet & mobile phones, energy etc. General Office & Administration Duties

Other activities that serve the team and business as required

Skills and Experience

Have you worked in an office co-ordination role previously?

Do you have any experience with HR and people functions?

What is your experience in the social media and digital space? (This isn't a must, but would be advantageous)

3+ years’ experience within a similar working environment

Strong Microsoft Office suite skills

Strong MYOB skills

Excellent written & verbal communication skills

You're strong at process innovation, always looking to improve yourself and the systems around you

You're solutions focused and if you can’t find a solution you ask your peers for help

Schedule:

20-24 hours per week.

Flexible working days (negotiable)

Monday to Friday
