We're a fast-growing, customer-first jewellery brand with big dreams and a passion for making every online interaction personal, easy, and memorable. As we launch our exciting new venture, we're looking for a proactive Online Sales & Operations star to help shape our online experience from the ground up.

The Role
More than just answering customer enquries, this role is all about turning every interaction into a standout customer experience. You'll be guiding customers, managing orders, keeping things running behind the scenes, and playing a key part in building a seamless online store.

You'll be based in our Sydney CBD headquarters right near Sydney Town Hall, working alongside the owners, our marketing and operations team who can support you to be a success in your role!

This is a full-time permanent role (Monday - Friday 8.30 - 5pm) with a long term view.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responding to customer enquiries via live chat, email, and social media

Recommending products and assisting with purchases

Managing orders, tracking deliveries, handling returns and exchanges

Updating product listings and stock levels

Assisting with packing, order prep and occasional laser engraving (training provided)

Supporting online store operations and collaborating with marketing, design & fulfilment

Contributing to process improvements and customer insights

Willing to do a variety of tasks we start this new venture

What We’re Looking For

Friendly, confident communicator with a customer-first mindset

Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling tasks

Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (Shopify experience a bonus)

Positive, proactive, and ready to grow with a startup team

Bonus Points For

Experience in online sales, e-commerce, retail, or customer service

Interest in jewellery, fashion or design
