ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for capable, compassionate, experienced Immigration Lawyers to join our rapidly growing team. This is a chance to take ownership of meaningful matters and be part of a firm where your ideas and values actually matter. You’ll manage your own cases and work closely with our Principal Solicitor to help shape the future of a firm that values heart, impact and innovation.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Manage your own files across a broad range of immigration matters, including:

Employer-sponsored visas (482, 186, 494)

General Skilled Migration (189, 190, 491)

Family and Partner visas (820/801, 309/100, 300)

Temporary and training visas (407, 408, 400)

Protection visa applications

Citizenship applications

Provide expert legal advice, prepare and lodge high-quality visa applications and strategic submissions

Represent clients in complex refusals and cancellations (including ART, VACCU, Ministerial Intervention)

Conduct clear client consultations

Contribute ideas to help us innovate, grow, and build a firm that delivers excellence with empathy

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

Minimum 3+ years experience in immigration law (post-admission)

Strong legal writing, analytical and client management skills

Confidence managing files independently

Genuine care for your clients and pride in the quality of your work

A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a willingness to evolve with the firm
